This book does feature MM relationships, which is not technically a trigger, but I do know readers appreciate a heads up. There is a pre-established pair before they meet the omega.
This book also features an omega who has recovered from leukemia. This is highlighted throughout the book, however the omega will not have a recurrence of the illness.
