Ingredients:

1 cup chopped turkey tail mushrooms.

2 teaspoons of turmeric powder.

Grated raw ginger.

½ tablespoon honey.

1 drop of lemon essential oil.

5 cups of purified water.

Preparation:

1. Chop the turkey tail mushroom into small pieces.

3. On medium heat boil the water (boiling point), then simmer for an hour.

4. Then pass the mixture through a strainer.

5. Add turmeric, honey, ginger and stir to the mixture.

6. Add lemon essential oil to the mixture, stir again, and ready to drink.

Note: If you want an additional flavor you can add almond milk,cinnamon, or stevia.

Keep the mixture in the refrigerator, you can reheat it later or consumeit cold
