Ingredients:

1 Lion’s mane mushroom.

½ cup clarified butter.

¼ cup of dry white wine.

¼ cup of chicken broth.

1 large garlic clove.

1/8 tablespoon of salt.

1/8 tablespoon black pepper.

1 teaspoon of fresh parsley.

Preparation:

1. Cut the Lions Mane mushroom into slices.

2. Cut the garlic and parsley into small pieces.

3. Add all ingredients except mushrooms and parsley and bring to the stove over medium-low heat and bring to 160° F.

4. Add the mushrooms and poach for 30 minutes.

5. Then add the parsley and let it poach another five minutes.

6. Serve on grilled steaks.
