Place 1 dough ball in each prepared loaf pan.

Bake for approximately 35–40 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the loaf pans from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Now, invert each bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
With a sharp knife, cut each bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.

3 tablespoons plus ½ teaspoon white sugar
6¼–6¾ cups bread flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons canola oil
How to Prepare
Place water, yeast, and ½ teaspoon of sugar in a bowl and mix until dissolved completely.
Let it rest for 5 minutes or until it begins to foam.
