Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat and remove from heat.
Immediately, add sugar and stir to combine.

Now, add flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Place the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
Bake for approximately 30–40 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center of bread comes out clean.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes.
Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack.
With a sharp knife, cut the bread into desired-sized pieces and serve warm.
