1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
How to Prepare
Place flour, yeast, sugar, dried herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Add water and vegetable oil and mix until a dough forms.
Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and with your hands, knead until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and turn to coat well.
With a damp cloth, cover the bowl and set aside in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 450ºF.
Grease a baking sheet.
With your hands, punch the dough well.
Place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and with your hands, pat into a ½-inch thick rectangle.
Coat the top of dough with olive oil evenly and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden-brown.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes.
Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack.
With a sharp knife, cut the bread into desired-sized pieces and serve warm.
