Cheddar Bread
Ingredients
1 cup blanched almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 large eggs
3 tablespoons MCT oil
1 tablespoon savory seasoning
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
How to Prepare
Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, place all ingredients and pulse until well combined.
Place the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
Bake for approximately 50–55 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the loaf pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes.
Carefully, invert the bread onto the wire rack.
With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into the desired-sized slices and serve warm.
