Cumin Bread
Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons coconut oil, softened
How to Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
Place almond flour, baking soda, cumin, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
In a separate bowl, add the eggs, cheese, and coconut oil, and with an electric mixer, beat until well combined.
Slowly add flour mixture, beating continuously until well combined.
Place the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the loaf pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes.
Carefully, invert the bread onto the wire rack.
With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into the desired-sized slices and serve warm.
