Thyme Bread
Ingredients
½ cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons dried thyme, crushed
½ teaspoons onion powder
½ teaspoons garlic powder
¼ teaspoons salt
6 large eggs
½ cup butter, melted
How to Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
Grease an 8x4 loaf pan
In a bowl, mix together the coconut flour, baking powder, rosemary, spices, and salt.
In a separate bowl, add the eggs and with a hand mixer, beat until bubbly.
Slowly, add the butter and beat until smooth.
Slowly, add the flour mixture and beat until well combined.
Place the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
Bake for approximately 40–50 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the loaf pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes.
Carefully, invert the bread onto the wire rack.
With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into the desired-sized slices and serve warm.
