4 cups zucchini, shredded, and squeezed
3 large eggs
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/3 cup coconut flour
¼ cup superfine almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
How to Prepare
Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
Line an 8x4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and with a spatula, mix until well combined.
Place the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and place the loaf pan onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack.
With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve warm.
