Place flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, place eggs, milk, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

Add egg mixture into the bowl of flour mixture and mix until well combined.

Gently, fold in blueberries, pecans, and lemon zest.

Place the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.

Bake for approximately 50–60 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the bread pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes.

Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.
