How to Prepare

Preheat your oven to 350ºF.

Grease an 8½x4½-inch bread loaf pan.

Place flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well.

Add chopped butter and mix well.

In a separate bowl, add egg, and beat until well combined.

In the bowl of egg, add orange juice and mix until well combined.

Add egg mixture in the bowl of flour mixture and mix until well combined.

Gently, fold into cranberries, walnuts, and orange zest.

Place the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.

Bake for approximately 60–75 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the bread pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes.

Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.
