Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
3½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs, beaten
3 cups white sugar
1 cup canola oil
2/3 cup water
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
How to Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350 ºF.
Grease 2 (9x5-inch) loaf pans.
Place flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, place eggs, sugar, oil, and water, and beat until well combined.
Add pumpkin puree and beat until well combined.
Add egg mixture into the bowl of flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Place the mixture in both prepared loaf pans evenly.
Bake for approximately 1 hour or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread pans from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes.
