How to Prepare
For dough: In the bowl of a stand mixer, fitted with a dough hook, place 2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, and salt, and mix well.
Place milk, water, and chilled butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on High for about 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds.
Add the egg and butter into the bowl with flour mixture and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add 1 cup of flour and beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
Add enough of remaining flour and mix until a dough ball forms.
Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and with your hands, knead until smooth and elastic.
With a kitchen towel, cover the dough bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
For topping: Place melted butter in small shallow bowl.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in another small shallow bowl.
Cut the dough into 36 equal-sized pieces.
Dip each dough piece into the melted butter and then coat with cinnamon sugar.
Mix together the remaining butter and cinnamon sugar.
Place dough pieces in a greased Bundt pan in a single layer and drizzle with the butter mixture.
With a kitchen towel, cover the Bundt pan and put in a warm place for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Place the Bundt pan in the oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
Remove the Bundt pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Now, invert the bread onto a platter and serve warm.
