2 cups self-rising flour
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
¾ cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How to Prepare
Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
Grease a bread loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix together flour and salt.
In a separate bowl, place eggs, water, and oil, and beat until well combined.
Add flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
Place the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes.
Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.
