1 cup blanched almond flour
¾ cup brown flax meal
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon sea salt
3 large eggs
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon agave nectar
¾ teaspoon cream of tartar
1½ tablespoons caraway seeds
How to Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
Line a bread loaf pan with lightly greased parchment paper.
Place almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
In a separate bowl, place eggs, water, oil, agave nectar, and cream of tartar, and beat until well combined.
Add egg mixture into bowl with flour mixture and mix until well combined.
Gently, fold in caraway seeds.
Place the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
Bake for approximately 30–35 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes.
Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.
