Cream Cheese Bread

 

Ingredients

       ½ cup peanut flour

       5 ounces cream cheese, softened

       ¼ cup butter, melted

       4 large egg yolks

       2 tablespoons golden monk fruit sweetener

       1 teaspoon baking powder

       1 teaspoon vanilla extract

       ¼ teaspoon salt

 

How to Prepare

Preheat your oven to 350ºF.

Generously, grease a 10-inch bread loaf pan.

Place cream cheese and butter in a bowl and with a hand mixer, beat until well combined.

Add egg yolks, sweetener, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt, and beat until well combined.

Add the peanut flour and mix until well combined.

Place the mixture into the prepared bread loaf pan evenly and with your hands, press to smooth the top surface.

Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the bread pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes.

Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.
