Place almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix well.

In another bowl, place eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract, and with an electric mixer beat until well combined.

In the bowl of egg mixture, add flour mixture and mix until well combined.

Gently, fold in the raisins.

Place the mixture into the prepared bread loaf pan evenly and with your hands, press to smooth the top surface.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the bread pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes.

Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.
