How to Prepare
Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
Grease a large bread loaf pan.
Place almond flour, psyllium husk, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add hot water and with a rubber spatula, stir until well combined.
Add the eggs and butter and mix until well combined.
Gently, fold in the walnuts.
Place the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the bread pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before serving.
With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf in desired-sized slices and serve.
