       ¼ cup dried apricots, chopped finely

       ¼ cup almonds, chopped

 

How to Prepare

Preheat your oven to 350ºF.

Line a bread loaf pan with a lightly greased parchment paper.

Place arrowroot powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, add eggs, butter, oil, honey, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

Add egg mixture into bowl with flour mixture and mix until well combined.

Gently, fold in seeds, dried fruit, and almonds.

Place the bread mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.

Bake for approximately 40–50 minutes or until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the bread pan from the oven and place onto a wire rack to cool for about 15 minutes.

Now, invert the bread onto the wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

With a sharp knife, cut the bread loaf into desired-sized slices and serve.

Cooking time: 50 minutes

Total time: 1 hour 10 minutes
